Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To be able to resolve legal disputes that may arise regarding the conclusion, content and termination of individual and collective labor agreements by obtaining information about the subject, development, purpose, sections and resources of individual and collective labor law and occupational health and safety law.
Course Content: In this course, individual labor law, occupational health and safety law and collective labor law, which are an important part of Labor Law, are examined in general and theoretical and practical solutions to legal problems related to these subjects are presented.
