General Information

The basic aim of the program is to provide the students necessary informations and skills and prepare them to the international competition in the sector. We aim that our students can manage the culinary institutions, be experts in the area of food sciences, develop the standarts, prodive the hygiene in the workplace and have the necessary informations about the Turkish and world cuisines.

The education language of the program is Turkish. 1 year preparation class in English is optional.
Our graduates can be employed in the restaurants, in the culinary institutes, in the touristic facilities, hosting institutes and in the related departments of the private and official enterprises, thanks to their skills they have gained in the courses.
