Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Specialization in meat, every part of the meat is processed, cooked and tanned with the right technique in the kitchen.
Course Content: In this course, which is our brand course, it is aimed to convey the expertise of our sponsor Bonfilet company on meat to the students. The aim of this course; To inform the student about the features and cooking techniques of the dishes prepared using different parts of the meat. The course is taught practically for 14 weeks and students are provided to cook their meals according to the recipes.
